Accepted Insurances and Related Information

At Olympia Orthopaedic Associates, PLLC it is our practice policy to bill all insurance companies as a courtesy to our patients. Our experienced billing team will file your claim for you and bill you for the remaining balance on your account. We are currently contracted with the health plans listed below. We are always negotiating contracts for our patients, so please check back often or contact our business office if you don’t see your insurance currently listed.

Cash patients (we are not billing an insurance company) will receive a 40% discount if services are paid at the time of the visit. Patients who are unable to pay the entire balance are required to make a down payment for services. To find out the amount of your down payment, please contact your physician's office.

Benefits and Eligibility

To determine your insurance benefits and eligibility please contact your insurance carrier directly. Please note that you are ultimately responsible for payment for all services that are not covered by your insurance plan.

HMO Procedures

We are contracted with some HMO Insurance Companies. Please refer to the HMO section below to see if we are currently participating with your plan. An HMO plan may require that you obtain a referral from your primary care physician’s office. If this is the case, please contact your assigned primary care doctor, whose name will be listed on your insurance card.

Payment Options

Payments can be made either at your physician’s office or our Business Services office in the form of cash, checks, or major credit card.
