“Dr. Yamamoto is a great doctor. I trust everything that he has and needs to do for me to make my life better and to not have to live my in all the pain that I was having. Looking forward in the next step with surgery on my back and hoping with that it will fix my leg problem.”

“I was experiencing sciatica and lower back pain at age 69. I am a male, not over weight and in good physical condition. The sciatica was to the point where I could only sit to drive for 1/2 hour. My surgery required fusing, bone grafts, 4 metal supports, and 16 screws. Eleven months has passed since surgery and I am very pleased with the results. The sciatica was gone within a month. Today I have little or no back pain. The occasional pain could be described as "bad hotel mattress", gone in a minute if it appears. I am very thankful to Dr. Yamamoto for an excellent job and was well cared for by the folks over at Capitol Medical Center.”

“Very thorough and described treatment that he felt would help me. Was concerned that my condition had been with me for a long time and no one had mentioned it before. Gladly showed me the X-Rays so I could see what he was looking at. Seemed concerned on how I was feeling. Said I could see him at any time. He got right to the point and didn't sugar coat what he saw my problem to be, which made me feel good.”

“Dr. Yamamoto did my cervical discectomy with fusion and I feel much better now. Dr. Yamamoto has monitored my healing/fusion closely, and is now is treating me for severe spinal stenosis/lumbar. I appreciate his conservative approach: physical therapy and weight loss with re assessment, not immediately resorting to surgery. I trust Dr. Yamamoto's and have confidence in his surgical skill, should I need a procedure in the future.”

“The doctor was very clear with me about my condition and what I need to do to manage my condition. This provider suggested I participate in physical therapy and find a good pain management clinic, because I am not a candidate for surgery. I appreciated that this provider was aware of my rare genetic disorder and how it prevents him from doing anything surgical. Usually I have to educate doctors about my genetic disorder because it is rare, so it was nice to have a provider who already understood my condition without me needing to explain it to him! Thank you for your consultation! ”
